In the conditions of the multinational state the optimum decision of a difficult complex of the problems connected with development and functioning national languages and national cultures, preservation of their ethnic elements, a way of life and a life of people, developments of national crafts is required. Unfortunately, many of the traditions of the Kazakh people's education were neglected and not claimed pedagogical science and practice.
