Abstract:
. The High indicators of growth of economy of many countries has led to that more
and more funds are spent recently for development of sports and physical training. Thus funds are allocated not only by government, but also by private business. Abroad mass sports first of all are the mechanism of improvement of the population, achievement of self-realization, self-expression and development, and also thing of struggle against of antisocial phenomena. Therefore the government give special importance to the development of mass sports , putting a main purpose by
involving of the population in mass sports. In this work we would like to discuss positive
experience of the developed countries on improvement of quality of representation of sports services.
