Abstract:
The aim of this work is the study of plant essential oils derived from Polypodium vulgare, Asplenium
septentrionale, Woodsia ilvensis, Dryopteris filix mass.
Ferns are the major classes of Pteridophyta. In the flora of Kazakhstan 20 genera and 47 species
of plants of the family Polypodiaceae R.Br. are present. The Aspleniaceae is one of the largest family
of Leptosporangiate ferns.
Rhode Aspleniaceae is represented in the flora of Kazakhstan by the 5 plant species Asplenium
septentrionale, A.trichomanes, A.viride, A.ruta muraria, A.pseudofontanum
