MANAGEMENT OF THE EAST – IT'S STILL SO MUCH THAT THE WEST HAS TO LEARN FROM IT

Abstract

I will try to tell you about the special features of Japanese management that distinguish it from what it is considered to be the standard of the management in the West, primarily in the United States. We even couldn’t pay attention to these features, referring them to the national particularities of rice culture, religion, if not the outstanding achievements, that demonstrate Japan after World War II already more than 50 years.
