Abstract:
Some people refer to targeted killings of suspected terrorists as extrajudicial executions, while others claim they are legitimate acts of war. In this report I will discuss both advantages and disadvantages of using extraordinary measures like torture and extra-territorial targeted killings in the context of the war against contemporary terrorism.
