Abstract

The article focuses on the works of academician Zaki Akhmetov, who studied the current problems of the development of Kazakh literature at the beginning of the 20th century in a new way. Articles about the work of prominent figures of Alash literature are considered. In particular, the importance of articles differentiated from the point of view of the traditions of Abai in literature at the beginning of the 20th century, of the works of Akhmet Baitursynuly, a reformer who became the teacher of the nation, and of Shakerim – a classic of Kazakh literature in the national literary science is revealed.
