Abstract

This article explores the main directions of the migration policy of Kazakhstan, taking into account the needs of the country's socio-economic development. The migration policy on attracting a highly qualified foreign labor force has been analyzed, as well as the policy of regulating illegal labor migration. The main causes and factors contributing to the activation of labor migration have been identified. The main suppliers of labor migrants in Kazakhstan have been identified and their employment spheres have been examined. The key problems of labor migration in Kazakhstan have been separately studied.
