Abstract

. In the modern information society, accelerated changes and prospects for social development in the world of global communications are directly related to the state of the information sphere. Every year, the volume of information used in various spheres of society and its citizens increases exponentially, which inevitably increases the need and importance of taking this information into account. The information explosion observed today is connected with the development of information technologies, on the one hand, and encourages their further development on the other hand.
