Organic phototransistors and photoresistors may become key devices in photonics and optoelectronics in the near
future, providing high sensitivity and controllability in response to light signals. Their operating principle is based on the
conversion of light energy into electrical signals, which makes them indispensable in various applications, including
sensors, solar cells and displays. One of the important aspects of organic photoelectronic devices is high photosensitivity,
which determines the ability of the sensor to register even weak light fluxes. Organic phototransistors, as a rule,
demonstrate a higher level of photosensitivity compared to classical inorganic analogs due to the improved structure of
materials and deposition technology. The analysis of the input and output characteristics of transistors carried out in the
work shows that organic photoelectronic devices will be able to provide flexibility in development and settings. These
parameters play an important role in determining the efficiency and reliability of devices under various operating conditions. As a result, organic phototransistors and photoresistors will not only expand the capabilities of modern technologies, but also open new horizons for research and development in the field of lighting and communication systems.
