Legal and political issues of state building process in Kazakhstan and central Asian republics

Abstract

This article presents the theoretical analysis of the legal and political issues of state building process in Kazakhstan and Central Asian Republics. Additionally, in this paper was analyzed and stated basic similarities and difference of political and legal reforms in context of the nation state building process in this republics.
