Competences of political parties in electoral process of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Аннотации
The value of multiparty elections as principle of the constitutional system is determined
by that part which objectively is assigned to them in the process of the constitutional development of the
Republic of Kazakhstan. First of all, they are designed to provide rapprochement, interaction of society and
state without which formation of true self-governed civil society and the constitutional state is impossible.
Constitutional and legal basics of the organization and activity of political parties in elective process at
its stages, theoretical and practical problems of regulation of activity of political parties, legal status of
political parties are covered according to electoral laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered in
the article. Competences of political parties of participation in elections according to the legislation of the
Republic of Kazakhstan were analyzed and the prospects of increase in a role of political parties in elective
process are defined.
