Legal aspects of the institute of protection of refugee rights

This scientific article discusses the causes of the institution of protection of the rights of
refugees in the world community. The status of a refugee has been determined as a subject of international
legal relations. The main reasons for the emergence of refugees and the role of international organizations
are identified in solving refugee problems.
