dc.description.abstract	Abstract. One of the most important elements of the country’s socio-economic development strategy, which can make a significant contribution to the justification of development plans and forecasts, can be the tool for evaluating strategic documents. The importance of the issue of effective use of public funds is emphasized in the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2018 «Increasing the well-being of Kazakhstanis: increasing income and quality of life».
