Measures of the state financial support for small and medium-sized agribusiness entities during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of measures of state financial support for agribusiness entities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper provides a comparative analysis of indicators of the dynamics of gross output of products (services) in agriculture for the years 2019 and 2020, as well as the dynamics of the quantitative representation of agribusiness entities. The paper also presents data on the financing of small and medium-sized businesses in agriculture using the tools of concessional lending, investment subsidies, loan guarantees, subsidizing interest rates on loans, and leasing. The results of the analysis allow the authors to conclude that the state funding during the pandemic had a significant impact on business support and ensured an increase in the indicators under consideration.
