Abstract

In order for the population of each state to live a full life, it is necessary to be able to fully meet their social needs. Therefore, all developed countries, in order to ensure social stability and security, regulate the situation on the food market, put the solvency, demand of food buyers and economic assistance to domestic farmers in the first place. An important feature of a market economy, the degree of development of any country, will be a high level of production of means of life, ensuring food security. Therefore, this article, which is the result of scientific research, considers the importance and topical issues of food security of the border regions of Kazakhstan, the importance of an official document regulating and monitoring food security.
