At present, the transformation of ethical, social, cultural, and geopolitical&#13;
processes in our social reality at a new level requires from humanity a special&#13;
qualitative formation of the level of consciousness. In this regard, we consider it&#13;
appropriate to form detailed discourses about the constructor of the phenomenon of&#13;
cruelty, its effectiveness. When it comes to the problem of non-violence, many do not&#13;
believe in the viability of this phenomenon in today’s reality. Since the issues of nonviolence, worrying human consciousness since ancient times, have not found proper&#13;
application in the course of practice. At present, humanity is increasingly facing the&#13;
negative consequences of ignoring the doctrine of non-violence. The modern world is&#13;
disintegrating on a substantial level, it is chaotic. Therefore, such ideological programs&#13;
and actions as global contradictions, manipulation of public consciousness, terrorism,&#13;
the threat of the use of nuclear weapons, religious and ethnic tensions, new movements&#13;
and groups, doctrines of various persuasions and directions, require the study of the&#13;
essence and meaning of non-violence in accordance with the trends of the time.&#13;
In the global era, the rapid development of scientific and technical innovations, in&#13;
addition to significant achievements in human life, creates new problems and&#13;
prompts a new analysis of the fundamental question of the future of humanity. In&#13;
recent times, new types and forms of abuse have appeared, and the fact that they cause&#13;
great evil in an underground way makes it necessary to turn the idea of non-abuse into&#13;
a life practice. In this article, a step is taken to differentiate thoughts about how the idea&#13;
became a doctrine in the historical scene and the scope of its application today.

<summary type="text">Музеефикация мечети: казахстанский дискурс публичных пространств

Общественное сознание часто тиражирует устоявшиеся&#13;
представления о том, что такое публичное пространство, наделяя их привычными&#13;
характеристиками и особенностями, вытекающими из их открытости или&#13;
закрытости для интеракций индивидов или коммуникаций сообществ. В то же&#13;
время, как показывают различные процессы и изменения в культуре и&#13;
повседневности, публичные пространства, нарушая наши привычные&#13;
представления о них, требуют своего переосмысления, как бы настойчиво&#13;
предлагая нам все новые и неожиданные сценарии собственных трансформаций&#13;
и гибридизаций. Особенно интересно это проследить на примерах изменений в&#13;
городской жизни, где наиболее высока, на наш взгляд, вероятность пересечения&#13;
различных практик, влияющих на конструирование дискурса о новых публичных&#13;
пространствах.&#13;
В статье на основе статистических данных с 1990 по 2021 годы, а также полевых&#13;
данных, собранных в период с декабря 2021 года и март 2022 года, дано некоторое&#13;
переосмысление роли и места мечети в казахстанском обществе, в дискурсах об&#13;
общественном пространстве. Основной фокус направлен на то, чтобы проследить,&#13;
как происходит выход культурной памяти за границы музеев, как происходит&#13;
музеефикация казахстанских мечетей и шире публичного пространства.&#13;
Авторами фиксируется новая тенденция на открытость религиозного&#13;
пространства в Казахстане, когда мечети выполняют не только привычные&#13;
культовые ритуалы и церемонии, но становятся новым публичным&#13;
пространством, местом соучастия государства, религиозных и культурных&#13;
институций. В качестве отдельных кейсов проанализированы коллаборации&#13;
представителей различных местных сообществ, направленных на расширение&#13;
функций мечетей, в том числе использованию ее для более широкой социальной&#13;
коммуникации, трансляции религиозных ценностей и нарративов культурной&#13;
памяти.

<title>The processes of adaptation of Koreans in Kazakhstan at the end of the XIX-XXth centuries</title>

<summary type="text">The processes of adaptation of Koreans in Kazakhstan at the end of the XIX-XXth centuries

The relevance of the research is determined by the development and&#13;
formation of the Korean diaspora in Kazakhstan in the 19-20th centuries which has&#13;
become a stable component of the demographic, socio-economic, political, and cultural&#13;
life of the republic, showing an example of a successful adaptation of an ethnic group&#13;
in a foreign cultural environment. While studying the presented problem, we relied on&#13;
works and documents, having studied which we were able to trace the processes of&#13;
resettlement and adaptation of Koreans on the territory of Kazakhstan. The article&#13;
highlights the stages of resettlement and adaptation of Koreans in Kazakhstan in the&#13;
pre-revolutionary era, in the early years of Soviet power, during the deportation period&#13;
in 1937-1938, and in the post-war years. Along with the stages of resettlement and&#13;
the number of migrants, the types of adaptation are described in detail: economic,&#13;
social, and cultural. The process of development of agriculture by Koreans in&#13;
Kazakhstan, in particular rice farming, as well as fishing, is shown. Household&#13;
adaptation is described in detail, which provided for the construction of dwellings&#13;
adapted to the natural and climatic conditions of Kazakhstan, and the creation of&#13;
Korean settlements. Attention is also paid to cultural and educational adaptation: the&#13;
emergence of schools and other educational institutions, theaters, and the development&#13;
of literature and periodicals. The socio-cultural relations of migrants with the indigenous&#13;
population are highlighted. In conclusion, the conclusion is presented that, despite&#13;
various historical events, Koreans were able to adapt to local conditions and actively&#13;
engage in creative work for the development of Kazakhstan. When studying the&#13;
history of the formation and development of the Koreans of Kazakhstan at the end of&#13;
the 19-20th centuries, and the peculiarities of its cultural and social development, it is&#13;
necessary to consider the basic layer of mentality that developed in the historical&#13;
conditions of the former places of residence, as well as the ideological traits acquired in&#13;
the tsarist and Soviet times. The Korean diaspora of Kazakhstan in the process of its&#13;
development and formation at the end of the 19-20th centuries turned into a stable&#13;
component of the demographic, socio-economic, political, and cultural life of the&#13;
republic, showing an example of the successful adaptation of an ethnic group in a&#13;
foreign cultural environment. The materials are of practical value since the application&#13;
of this experience by the government will undoubtedly become the basis for practical&#13;
application in the field of creating an atmosphere of interethnic harmony.
