Статья представляет результат исследования региональных музеев советского индустриального Казахстана как среды артикуляции советского нарратива
индустриализации.
Научная и прикладная значимость работы заключается в создании инструментария,
рассматривающего вопросы исследования идеологических дискурсов в контексте репрезентации его в музейных нарративах, внесших вклад как политические и моральные учреждения в конструирование «воспоминаний о прошлом», анализ субъективного аспекта
процесса конструирования политических дискурсов.
В данной статье освещен опыт концептуализации институционального советского политического дискурса посредством артикуляции «смыслов» советской индустриализации, транслированный в мемориальной памяти в казахстанских региональных музеях.
Данное исследование может быть интересно для специалистов в растущей области исследований памяти и постколониальной парадигмы.

Anti-methadone hysteria’ has reached colossal proportions. It is raging today on the
Internet sources specializing in combat drug addiction and popularizing public health The topic
of opioid substitution treatment has long gone beyond the level of scientific discussion. It has
become a confrontation between two ideologies. No matter how controversial the assertion about
OST may seem, it is necessary to get to the heart of the issue. The article describes the scheme for
the use of opioid substitution therapy in Kazakhstan and contains criticism of the maintenance
therapy opponents, as well as the arguments of its supporters.

An individual’s volitional qualities are significant within the structure of personality.
The manifestation of volitional qualities can be observed not only in the motives and attitudes
of a person but also in congenital traits of how the nervous system manifests. The study and
development of volitional qualities are of great importance for many activities. This article
analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the will and volitional qualities of
an individual in modern psychology and provides a comprehensive analysis of its functions,
structure, and division. The article describes the main factors of the development of volitional
qualities of students in the process of educational activity, such as motivation, awareness of the
situation of their actions, understanding of the social significance of their actions, individual
psychological characteristics, value system, level of subjective control of personality, student
collective, a system of education and upbringing at the university, the way of student life. The
article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the dynamics of volitional qualities of
students as subjects of the educational process.
