В статье изложены литературные данные о классификации, этиологии,&#13;
патогенезе и распространенности аутизма в мире и в Республике Казахстане (РК). За последние&#13;
годы резко возросла проблема здоровья детского населения, проявляющиеся нарушениями&#13;
морфофункционального и психофизиологического состояния детей, факт которого связывают&#13;
с возрастанием экологического и социального неблагополучия. Во всем мире отмечается&#13;
увеличение заболевания расстройств аутистического спектра (РАС). Аутизм является одним&#13;
из самых распространенных детских психических расстройств. В последнее время проблема&#13;
аутизма привлекает к себе внимание, в виду того, что стала распространяться информация&#13;
об этой проблеме в широких слоях населения, и родители, чьи дети имеют аутизм,&#13;
стали обращаться к специалистам, что позволяет изучать эту проблему в РК. В статье&#13;
даны классификация аутизма, основные симптомы характерные для него, показатели учета&#13;
заболеваемости с 2011 года, которые демонстрируют увеличение количества детей с аутизмом.

More attention is paid to the study of the peculiarities of physiological processes&#13;
occurring in the growing body, since the formation and protection of the health of children, adolescents&#13;
is the main task of any state. The purpose of this research is to study the features of the&#13;
morphological development of children of primary school age in Pavlodar city.&#13;
The study of anthropometric parameters of schoolchildren (boys and girls) 9-11 years of Pavlodar&#13;
was conducted. Studied were such variables as body length (BL), body mass (BM), circumference&#13;
of the chest (CC), calculated the Quetelet index (QI) and stenia index (SI).&#13;
Within the scope of research, differences in physical development between boys and girls were&#13;
revealed. For example, in terms of length, body weight, boys are superior to girls aged 9-10 years,&#13;
while at 11 years of age girls are more important in these parameters, which is explained by earlier&#13;
entry into the puberty period compared to peers. According to such indicators as the Quetelet and&#13;
stenia index, significant sexual differences were observed only at the age of 9.&#13;
Thus, the study of the physical development of boys and girls 9-11 years showed an increase in&#13;
the ontogenesis of anthropometric indicators. An increase in the Quetelet index in the compared age&#13;
of both sexes was revealed, which characterizes the growth processes. Stenia index in ontogenesis&#13;
decreased in both sexes.

The investigation of the modern content of vegetation is impossible without the analysis&#13;
of the history of vegetational cover study. The article reveals the historical aspect of Donyztau&#13;
vegetational cover study and also scans the literature containing the information on the vegetation&#13;
and plant life of Donyztau, provides the analysis of the region"s vegetation species described by&#13;
different authors. Donyztau is located on the territory of Baiganinski raiyon of Aktubinskaya oblast.&#13;
Donyztau chink is regarded as a part of Usturt"s northern part and refers to floristic region 13.&#13;
Northern Usturt. The Donyztau plant life was being studied by a great deal of scientists but many&#13;
of them studied more immense areas of Usturt. As far as Donyztau separately taken there was no&#13;
special floristic research of the territory. Floristically Donyztau still refers to little studied areas of&#13;
the Republic. During the long period the regional plant life was not the subject for special research.&#13;
The present materials may serve as basis for the further study of the said district"s plant life.

It is known that biosurfactants are capable of increasing the bioavailability of hydrocarbons&#13;
in oil and petroleum products, as well as modifying the external surfaces of bacteria by&#13;
hydrophobizing providing direct contact with hydrocarbon molecules. In this study the index of&#13;
emulsification index was studied for four hydrocarbon-degrading strains of microorganisms such as Achromobacter xylosoxidans, Bacillus subtillus, Tessaracoccus flavescens, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus. Diesel fuel and hexadecane were used as hydrophobic substrates.&#13;
It is shown that for all members of natural hydrocarbon-degrading microorganisms are characterized&#13;
by high rates of emulsification index. The highest index of emulsificationis has shown for&#13;
Acinetobacter calcoaceticus - 80-87%. Microorganisms having an emulsification index bigger than 50% are considered promising producers of surfactants. Since the microbial cell oxidizes hydrocarbons by adsorbing on their surface, as a result, the oil-oxidizing activity of the crops depends on its ability to utilize the hydrocarbon substrate. This could indicate adestructive activity of microorganisms.
