<description>National and cultural knowledge of plant lexemes in Kazakh and Turkish languages
Begimova, G.A.; Kenzhalin, K.K.; Seіdagaliyeva, G.S.
When a person learns about the world, hefirst of all aims to reveal itssecrets, riddles,in&#13;
order to see and accept various objects in the environment, to become an integral part of it and to&#13;
create daily life. Although the trend started in ancient times, it is still recurring today. Because&#13;
learning and an interest in the process, is a quality specific to humanity. As a result of this&#13;
knowledge, the language is enriched, thought is improved,various legends, myths, and stories are&#13;
born. That is, what is achieved in knowledge - with the help of our language, and the worldview&#13;
itself unfolds along the same line in the minds of mutually related, similar peoples. From this&#13;
point of view, the definition of the national-cultural cognitive character in the lexemes related to&#13;
plants in the Kazakh and Turkic languages is very relevant from the point of view of studying the&#13;
worldview. Plants have the same meaning in the life of humanity united by four elements that&#13;
make up the basis of life (water, air, soil, fire). It maintains the balance of nature with the soul,&#13;
animals and people. Observing the worldview about plants of the Turkic period, we can see that&#13;
they played the same special role as animals. This idea is evidenced by ancient legends, rites and&#13;
rituals, myths, stories related to plants. In this article, we tried to study the mythology of the two&#13;
peoples, to show and analyze the myths and legends of the origin of plants.

<title>Key trends during the implementation of the "One belt and one road" initiative</title>
<link>http://repository.enu.kz/handle/enu/4446</link>
<description>Key trends during the implementation of the "One belt and one road" initiative
Shaikova, A.; Ospanova, А.; Sergazin, Y.
At the «One Belt and One Road» forum held in Beijing on May 14-15, 2017, Chinese&#13;
Leader Xi Jinping formulated the basic principles of «Chinese new vision of globalization». These&#13;
are the principles of respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity, social order, and respect for the&#13;
interests of all countries along the way. Dialogue, not confrontation, partnership, not rivalry.&#13;
Within the framework of the project, China is creating an open platform for cooperation and a&#13;
favorable investment environment. Trade is an essential component of globalization and economic&#13;
growth. It is on the basis of these assumptions that China calls for protecting multilateral trade&#13;
relations and facilitating the simplification of customs and transit procedures. Investment&#13;
«outside» will allow China not only to significantly expand the export market, but also to become a strong&#13;
argument for the internationalization of Chinese currency. In general, we are talking about&#13;
maximizing the use of integration processes in the Eurasian space for the development of China’s&#13;
national economy. At the same time, China for the first time provided a strategic program for the&#13;
creation of a land trade route, aimed at completely reformatting trade and economic processes on&#13;
the continent, creating completely new geopolitical and geo-economic ties.&#13;
The ongoing processes of globalization are gradually transforming the very concept of «landlocked&#13;
country» into the definition of» country connected by land transport arteries».

<link>http://repository.enu.kz/handle/enu/4445</link>
<description>Казахстанский транзит всистеме стратегии «Один пояс – один путь»
Ерниязов, Д.К.; Ескалиев, С.А.; Ильясова, А.
В рамках анализа современной транспортной стратегии Китайской&#13;
Народной Республики «Один пояс – один путь» рассматриваются перспективы транзитных возможностей Республики Казахстан в контексте региональных интересов&#13;
Центральной Азии. Затрагиваются вопросы неизбежности трансформации мировой&#13;
экономической политики, роста роли стран Восточной Азии в мировой торговле, а&#13;
вместе с ним и роста их политического влияния. Республике Казахстан предстоит занять экономическую нишу транзитной страны, а значит, вместе с ним и предстоит&#13;
реализовывать транспортные проекты. Растет конкуренция стран региона за транзитные маршруты, а вместе с ней будет остро стоять вопрос политической борьбы и&#13;
безопасности. Налицо взаимосвязь транспортных коммуникаций и мировой торговли&#13;
с развитием регионов. Рассматриваются реализованные транспортные проекты Казахстана, вопросы сотрудничества в рамках региональных транспортных проектов, формирования транзитных коридоров, переходов, узлов и их значение в современной мировой&#13;
политике, интересы ведущих континентальных держав и их влияние на стабильность&#13;
и необходимость обеспечения бесперебойного движения товаров и услугв центре Евразийского контнента. Анализируются проблемы обеспечения безопасности национальной&#13;
безопасности в контексте борьбы транзитных интересов стран изучаемого региона.
