This paper presents the results of the initial testing of the tools on the topic of
elections of rural akims. The main objective of the article is to evaluate the effectiveness of the
prepared questionnaire for use in a subsequent study. The article also presents the main results of the
trial survey, which directly reflect the effectiveness of the survey.
