Abstract:
This study explores the environmental impact of the ecological damage on human rights today, when the protection of environmental human rights reaches a global level, being reflected not only in national laws, but also in international treaties.
The twenty-first century should bring new challenges to the traditional view and interpretation of human rights. The environmental harm highly contributes to the violation of the right to life and health of many people all over the world.
