    • Galileon inflation evades the no-go for PBH formation in the single-field framework

Choudhury, Sayantan; Panda, Sudhakar; Sami, M. (Journal of cosmology and astroparticle physics, 2023)
We consider Galileon inflation in the Effective Field Theory (EFT) framework and examine the possibility for PBH formation during slow roll (SR) to ultra slow roll (USR) transitions. We show that loop corrections to the power spectrum, in this case, do not impose additional constraints on the masses of PBHs produced. We indicate that the remarkable non-renormalization property ...

    • Galton–Watson Theta-Processes in a Varying Environment

Sagitov, Serik; Zhumayev, Yerakhmet (De Gruyter, 2024)
We consider a special class of Galton–Watson theta-processes in a varying environment fully defined by four parameters, with two of them (θ, r) being fixed over time n, and the other two (an , cn) characterizing the altering reproduction laws. We establish a sequence of transparent limit theorems for the theta-processes with possibly defective reproduction laws. These results ...

    • GAMIFICATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MOBILE APPLICATIONS IN INCREASING STUDENT MOTIVATION

Zhamikhanova, D.K.; Mukushev, D.G. (Astana: NJSC “The L.N. Gumilyov ENU”, 2025-04-04)
The article explores gamification as a method of increasing motivation and learning quality through freedom of error, prompt feedback, gradual complexity of tasks, and narrative strategies. Our research has revealed that game elements increase academic performance and engagement, but their effectiveness depends on the pedagogical integration and adaptation of the audience.

    • Gdx Fe3-xO4 nanoparticles with silane shell as potential theranostic agent for cancer treatment

Zibert, Alexandr V.; Lissovskaya, Lana I.; Korolkov, Ilya V.; Zdorovets, Maxim V. (Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 2022)
In this study of GdxFe3-xO4 compound core silane shell nanoparticles method is represented. Samples were analyzed with SEM, EDA and FTIR spectroscopy. Further attaching of carborane compounds is discussed. Products can be used in biomedical applications for MRI imaging and drug delivery for NCT, so can be considered as potential theranostic agents for cancer treatment.

    • Gender and Absolute ‘I’ of a Person: Scope of Contraposition and New Contexts of Identity

Zharkimbayeva, D.; Imanzhussip, R.; Mukatayeva, A.; Zhumaxanova, M.; Bolyssova, K. (Journal of Educational and Social Research, 2019)
The aim of the study is to investigate gender and absolute ‘I’ of a person as scope of contraposition and new contexts of identity. The methodological basis of the study of the philosophy of gender is the idea of the Absolute ‘I’ of a person, scope of contraposition of gender and sex, new contexts of gender identification. Person is inseparable from his essence, which ...

Temirov, Kuanysh Umirzakovich; Zhubakova, Saule Saibulatovna; Temirkulova, Nizatil; Li, Yelena Dmitrievna (International Journal of Innovative Research and Scientific Studies, 2025)
Under the conditions of the liberalization of sexual morality, social and cultural stereotypes of female and male behavior are changing, and gender roles are becoming mixed, which in turn leads to changes in children's behavior. These trends contribute to various personality deformations, emotional instability, and a lack of behavioral guidelines for children. This makes the ...

    • Gender Gap in Parental Leave Intentions: Evidence from 37 Countries

Olsson, Maria I. T.; Grootel, Sanne van; Block, Katharina; Schuster, Carolin; Meeussen, Loes; Laar, Colette Van; Schmader, Toni; Croft, Alyssa; Sun, Molly Shuyi; Ainsaar, Mare (Political Psychology, 2023)
Despite global commitments and efforts, a gender-based division of paid and unpaid work persists. To identify how psychological factors, national policies, and the broader sociocultural context contribute to this inequality, we assessed parental-leave intentions in young adults (18–30years old) planning to have children (N = 13,942; 8,880 identified as women; 5,062 identified ...
