dc.description.abstract	The article analyzes the socio-political views of a world-class thinker Abay Kunanbayev, the founder of the spiritual values of the Kazakh nation. The work of the great thinker raises the eternal questions of mankind. In the Kazakh social system, he seeks truth in matters of power, management, law.
