Abstract

This paper explores the profound impact of climate change on the development of sustainable tourism in South Kazakhstan. Drawing on international best practices and relevant literature, the study presents a step-by-step model aimed at promoting climate-resilient tourism. This model includes climate risk assessment, asset mapping, infrastructure adaptation, and community involvement. The paper concludes with practical recommendations for integrating climate considerations into tourism planning, branding, and development at both the regional and national levels.
