For most people, television serves as an escape from everyday problems rather than a confrontation with the grim truths of life. This article explores the coverage of crime-related topics on television—subjects that many prefer to avoid after a long workday. However, it is crucial to understand why forensic journalism plays an important role in society and how popular this genre is in Kazakhstan.
