dc.description.abstract The article analyzes the main directions of the PRC foreign policy in the implementation of the concept of “soft power”. The classification of the main groups are given to make up the features of China`s “soft power”. A description of the PRC policy is presented by regarding the distribution of Chinese both within the country and abroad. Forming an attractive image of the country, the leadership of the People’s Republic of China pays special attention to the spread of Chinese in the world, which is a necessary element in the implementation of the concept of “soft power” in the foreign policy of China at the present stage. The article discusses various aspects of “soft” Chinese influence on the outside world. One of the most common tools for the implementation of “soft power” is public diplomacy, which can be carried out through official channels (public speeches of officials), as well as unofficial channels (NGOs, universities, etc.). ru
