dc.description.abstract The use of artificial intelligence technologies in healthcare offers truly impressive prospects. At the same time, the healthcare industry is traditionally and reasonably conservative. Many applications of technologies and products, from drugs to innovative solutions, require state control and management through legal regulation. In this article, we have listed some important regulatory legal acts (RLAs) that somehow govern the use of AI in healthcare. The article analyzes the international legal norms regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the field of health both at the international and national levels. The review examines the problems of using artificial intelligence in various fields of medicine, such as the diagnosis of diseases, recommendations for their treatment, and administrative activities in healthcare. The article analyzes prospects for the development of AI, conflicting views, and potential pitfalls in its implementation. ru
