ОСОБЕННОСТИ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННО-КОНФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ НА ПРИМЕРЕ КАЗАХСТАНА

Abstract

In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a secular model of state-confessional relations has been formed on the principles of equality of all citizens before the law and respect for the personal beliefs of everyone, regardless of language and attitude to religion. According to generally accepted international norms, the state has the right to regulate the activities of religious organizations in order to ensure the rights of citizens and protect public safety.
