Reflection on the fate and history of the Kazakh people, its spiritual and moral
heritage associated with a nomadic way of life, as well as the spiritual world of the Kazakhs, in
which Turkic and Muslim traditions are intertwined, remain the focus of academician Zh. Abdildin.
Developing this approach, he writes about the results of understanding the features of the nomadic
type of civilization, the nature, type, essential features of the worldview traditions of the spiritual
heritage of the Kazakhs. It should be noted that Zh. Abdildin from childhood, having absorbed the
national spirit in Soviet times, showed interest in the essential moments of national philosophy. His
articles on the philosophical views of Al-Farabi, Sh. Ualikhanov, Abay and M. Auezov confirm this.
On the basis of a rigorous analysis, the scientist fruitfully investigated the issues of the
traditional perception of the Kazakhs, its main features. After all, philosophy carries in itself not
only universal and global, but also national and original. This raises topical questions about the
existence of the Kazakhs and their traditional worldview.
Zh. Abdildin expresses his attitude to the traditions and oral folk art of the Kazakhs mainly
in the analysis of the creative heritage of Sh. Ualikhanov. Since it is known that Shokan, with pride
for his people, repeatedly noted in his works the richness and richness of oral works of the
Kazakhs, he lovingly collected and carefully kept the best examples of Kazakh folklore.
