Abstract

In the conditions of a modern market economy, in order to increase the efficiency of an enterprise, constant modernization of a product or service is necessary, which is achieved through the introduction of innovations. The introduction of innovations in the activities of the enterprise allows for a long time to achieve high growth rates of production, increase the competitiveness of the product or service and defend its leading position in the market. The correct organization of the work of the innovative processes of the enterprise receives the final result in the form of new technologies, new types of competitive products and services. To improve the management of the system, it was proposed to hire a new employee of the innovation development manager, who would streamline the innovation processes in the organization.
