OPTIMAL CONTROL FOR FUNCTIONAL-DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION OF NEUTRAL TYPE IN BANACH SPACES

Abstract

This paper examines an optimal control problem for a class of neutral-type functional-differential equations in Banach spaces, where the control objective relates to the boundary of the domain. Sufficient conditions on the coefficients are established to guarantee the existence of optimal pairs.
