Abstract:
In the context of innovative economic development and transformation of
banking business processes, the need to maintain the sustainable competitiveness of a credit
institution in the services market is of particular importance. In this regard, the study of the issues of competitiveness of banks in the context of digitalization and the factors influencing them is relevant
and requires comprehensive research.
This article analyzes the main methods for assessing the competitiveness of banks from the
point of view of universality, highlighting the positive and negative aspects of the methods. Since the
modern selection of relevant and reliable methods for assessing a bank’s competitiveness allows us
to draw up an effective and long-term development strategy.
