LITERARY CREATIVITY OF THE KAZAKH INTELLIGENTSIA IN THE FIELD OF TRANSLATION, EDITING AND INSTRUCTION AT THE DAWN OF THE OCTOBER REVOLUTION

Abstract

The wave of nationally oriented Kazakh writers, which arose at the turn of the century after Abai and Shakarim, represented a new stage in literary activity. These writers, who briefly become Kazakh political leaders, picked up by the revolutionary movement that set fire to the Russian Empire, are part of an already mentioned movement called the Kazakh Enlightenment.
